- We use materials that are listed in each description, so you can make an informed decision of what is right for you. Items marked as non-tarnishing, if they would tarnish, we would replace/repair.
- Stretch bracelets are not covered
- Permanent Locking Clasps not covered

- Ordered the wrong size/does not fit: please contact us within 5 days for a Resize. Resizes start at $20. All shipping and any additional labor/materials will be the customers responsibility.
Any customs duties/fees are the customers responsibility.
Starting Jan 1, 2021 we will only be shipping to the USA and Canada, this is because of the new tax laws that are being put into place. We are a small business, and are unable to take on the fees of it. We are still able to ship to certain places through our Etsy shop, for more information on this please email us email@example.com
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We will make and ship your order within our stated production time. Normally 1-3 business days or faster as stated at the checkout.
We do not guarantee your package will arrive by any certain date.
There is a tracking number emailed to provided email once order is shipped. You can view info on your package at the carriers website with the tracking number at any time.
If a package is returned to us due to a wrong address or alike; customer is responsible for contacting us to purchase Shipping and Handling to have package shipped out to them again.
Returns, Cancelations and Exchanges:
All sales are final. We do not give refunds, accept returns, cancelations, or make exchanges.
-Why? We handcraft each item at the time the order is placed. We do not carry an inventory of products, just supplies to create your order. Each item is then custom made to your selection.
- If we have made a mistake on the order. Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your item and we will fix it right away.
