Inside you will find a gift box containing your jewelry, polishing cloth, owned and owner cards.
I wanted to make the experience extra special, so I created the owned and owner cards. They are a little wallet card you can write your names and whatnots on and carry with you.
We know the ownership cards are not for everyone, so we offer them as an option to remove from your cart, that way we know to not include them.
Items are handmade when the order is placed. Processing time can vary depending on the item ordered, current processing time is posted at the checkout, or on individual items.
Once your order is shipped you will immediately receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update. We have seen some cases where tracking does not update by USPS however the package is moving in the system. It may take a little longer to update and scan in those cases.
If a package is returned to us due to a wrong address or alike; customer is responsible for contacting us to purchase Shipping and Handling to have package shipped out to them again.
Shipping issues must be handled with the shipping carrier, all shipments are tracked, and when marked as delivered, that is proof of delivery.
Domestic shipments will be evaluated as lost or late after a 30-business day shipment period. After this time, we can provide you with a replacement shipment.
International shipments will be evaluate as lost or late after the 60-day shipment period. After this time we will process a replacement for your shipment.
Captive Collars is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Starting Jan 1, 2021 we will only be shipping to the USA and Canada, this is because of the new tax laws that are being put into place. We are a small business, and are unable to take on the fees of it. We make our items measurement end to end including the lock, if ordered with a lock. Contact us with special requests if the option you want is not listed. Most often we can make it.
