Please review your personalization details carefully, as we engrave exactly as provided, including upper and lower case, punctuation, and spelling. Longer phrases may result in smaller text, so concise wording is recommended for optimal visibility.
Engraving colors may appear different due to various factors such as computer screen colors, variations in how light reflects off of them, metal color, font, and size. We also have multiple photos showcasing how the engraving appears under different lighting conditions.

Captive™ Forever Locks- *Sterling Silver *24/7 Wear
This lock is a single-use item. Once locked, it cannot be removed without cutting it. We include two locks for your convenience. Perfect for those who want to keep their jewelry secure and prefer a lightweight option. Only comes in silver.
Hex Lock- *Silver Plated Brass and Stainless Steel - Medium strength lock fastens with a key, two keys included. Plating may diminish, revealing the brass underneath. Those with sensitive skin may find this irritating; we highly recommend the Captive™️ Lock as an excellent alternative, made of stainless steel which is hypoallergenic and retains its glossy silver hue.
How to Measure Your Neck for a Necklace
Finding the perfect necklace fit can elevate your style and comfort, whether you’re selecting a casual piece or a special day collar. Here’s a step-by-step guide to accurately measure your neck so your necklace sits exactly where you want it.
1. Gather What You Need
To measure your neck, you’ll need:
- A soft, flexible measuring tape (fabric tape works best)
- A mirror (optional, but helpful for seeing the fit)
- A string and ruler if you don’t have a measuring tape
2. Find Your Neck Measurement
- Wrap the measuring tape snugly around your neck, right at the base. This is typically right above your collarbone. Make sure the tape sits comfortably, without pulling too tight.
- Record the measurement where the tape meets. This number is your neck’s circumference.
If you’re using a string:
- Wrap the string around your neck in the same spot.
- Mark where the end meets.
- Lay the string flat against a ruler to measure the length.
3. Add Length for Desired Necklace Fit
Use your neck measurement as a starting point, then add length to determine where you’d like the necklace to sit:
- Choker Fit: Add 1-2 inches to your neck measurement for a close, comfortable fit.
- Standard Collar Fit: For day collars and discreet pieces, add about 2-3 inches to your neck measurement.
- Pendant or Lariat Style: Adding 3-5 inches or more will create a looser, longer style that falls at your collarbone or lower.

Resizes are available on most items, price starts at $25. Resizes must be contacted for approval, within 3 days* of delivery, and sent in within 3 days after approval.
