All transactions are final. This policy guarantees that customers receive new, handcrafted items from our studio. Refunds, returns, cancellations, and exchanges are not permitted. This also includes no price adjustments on purchases made prior to sales or markdowns.
If Captive Collars® makes an error on an order, please contact us within 72 hours so we can correct it. Orders can only be canceled if they are still unfulfilled.
Resizes:
- If the customer ordered the wrong size or it does not fit, please contact us within 3 days to request a resize.
- Resizes start at $40.
- All shipping and any additional labor or materials are the customer’s responsibility.
