All custom requests must meet the following requirements:

✔ Modification of one of my existing designs
✔ Clear, detailed reference photos of your request

📸 Package 1: Custom Design Consultation — $30

For modifications to existing designs. 

This package is for making changes to an existing Captive Collars® design. Examples include:

• Changing the chain style or size
• Changing the stone or gemstone
• Changing the metal or color
• Making other minor modifications to an existing design

This package is ideal when you love an existing design but want to personalize specific elements to better suit your preferences.

Includes:

• One custom design request
  

• Custom pricing

• Custom order preparation

A Custom Design Consultation is required before any custom order can be placed. The $30 consultation fee covers my design time and services and satisfies the required custom order fee for that design. If you move forward with the approved design, you will not be charged an additional custom order fee.

📷 Package 2: Custom Design + Prototype Photos — $75

For designs that require alterations to accommodate different chain or pendant sizes.

This package is for existing designs that need structural or sizing adjustments to ensure the components work together properly. A prototype may be created and photographed to confirm the design before the final piece is made.

Includes everything in Package 1, plus:

• Prototype assembly

• Product photographs

The $75 consultation fee covers my design time, prototype creation, and custom order services. If you proceed with the approved design, no additional custom order fee will be charged.

🛠 Package 3: New Product Development — Starting at $150

For developing a new product or extensive custom work that goes beyond modifying an existing design.

This package includes everything in Packages 1 and 2, with the development of a new design.

Examples include:

• New product development
• Extensive design modifications
• Creating a completely new design
• Material sourcing and pricing
• Prototype development when needed

Final pricing depends on the scope of the project. The consultation fee covers my design time, and custom order services. If you proceed with the approved design, no additional custom order fee will be charged.

🔄 Additional Design Changes

Once a custom design has been started, priced, photographed, or a custom order has been prepared, any additional design changes or new custom requests require a new Custom Design Consultation.

Each request requires additional design time, pricing, and preparation.

Important Information

By purchasing a Custom Design Consultation, you acknowledge that the consultation fee is payment for my design time and services. Once work has begun, this fee is non-refundable.

The consultation fee applies only to the approved custom design requested during that consultation. It is not deducted from the purchase price, is not transferable to another design or order, and cannot be redeemed for store credit or a refund if you decide not to proceed.
